Philadelphia Academies, Inc. (PAI) is an education nonprofit that supports career readiness for middle and high school students across the city. With a diverse mix of audiences including students, teachers, donors, and school partners, they needed a website that could serve multiple user journeys while reinforcing their mission and impact.

Soar Strategies is a coaching and consulting firm that helps individuals and organizations in the social good sector identify their strengths, set meaningful goals, and move forward with clarity. With two distinct service areas—consulting and training—their website needed to speak to multiple audiences while feeling cohesive and current. The previous site was heavily centered on the CEO and no longer reflected the firm’s expanded offerings or growing team.

This in-depth report (570 pages!) examines wide-ranging factors affecting the health of U.S. children, particularly those from marginalized or low-income backgrounds. In addition to clarifying key messaging, this project required meticulous attention to culturally appropriate language, acronym consistency, citations, and formatting.
